In 2016, I was 87kg (you can check the highlights for my old pictures). I started working on myself and was able to get it down to 58 Kg.
In my own fitness journey 💪 i have tried all the stuff presented on the internet, and books and go through a long journey to list down amazing recipes, schedule.
As India we prefer to eat home made diet, a diet which is available easily to consume. With my own experience, I can say that it more depend on your mental strength then physical, you should be kind to your body and prepare to start your own hustle.
A good diet have some good affects like it help in treating PCOS/PCOD, diabetes, hormonal problems and blood pressure.
And yes if you are fitness freak let me tell you my opinion 70% diet and 30 % workout. Your body need proper diet for recovery period and a proper routine to get enough enery for your workout.
